Where are your land locations located?
We currently have over 25 estate locations across Lagos, Ogun, and Ibadan. We plan to expand to all 36 states soon.
Must I pay daily?
No. Customers don’t need to pay daily; we encourage customers to pay on a weekly or monthly basis. However, customers can pay whichever way they choose. Daily, weekly, monthly, or even in large chunks or outrightly. Our technology can auto-debit at whatever frequency you choose.
How do I know I'm making payment for land with Buildbay?
Every time a customer makes a payment and it is processed, the customer gets an SMS and email alert showing the details of the payment made, the land location paid for, and the balance.
What documents does your land have?
All our lands have either the Global C of O or General Survey.
Can I buy a half plot of Land?
Yes, we sell in slots, which is a half plot of land
What is the grace period for OUTRIGHT payment?
3 days.
